These Terms govern your use of services provided by NuMuse Wellbeing Maison FZ-LLC.
By using our websites and services, including accessing any content or purchasing any course, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies we may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

1. Nature of Services
All services are provided as consultancy, advisory, and coaching-based lifestyle development services.
They are:

• educational and informational in nature
• not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
• not therapy or clinical services

No diagnosis or medical advice is provided.

2. No Guaranteed Results
Results depend on individual participation, personal circumstances, and external factors.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Participation Responsibility
By participating, you confirm that:

• you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
• you voluntarily engage in the program
• you understand the nature of the services provided

4. Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe.
Prices may be displayed in AED or USD.
Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
By completing a purchase or submitting a registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

5. Access to Services
Access to services is granted upon payment confirmation.
For paid programs, access may include live sessions, materials, and/or recordings.
Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered, and refund eligibility is limited according to the Refund Policy.

6. Zoom Sessions & Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, quality control, or participant access.
We do not use participant identity, voice, or personal input for public or marketing purposes without explicit consent.
By participating in sessions, you acknowledge and agree that sessions may be recorded.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and sessions remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• personal decisions or outcomes
• indirect or consequential damages
• emotional, financial, or personal impacts resulting from participation

9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if a participant violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
