All purchases are subject to the following refund conditions:
1. Before Program Start“Program Start Date” refers to the official start date of the service, program, or session as stated on the website, checkout page, or communication provided by the Company.
- More than 7 days before start date → 100% refund
- 72 hours to 7 days before start → 50% refund
- 24 to 72 hours before start → 25% refund
- Less than 24 hours → no refund
2. After Program StartThe program is considered started once the first session has begun, or access to materials, recordings, or communication channels has been provided.
No refunds are provided once:
- the program has started
- access to materials or recordings has been granted
- participation has begun
3. Non-Tangible ServicesAll services are digital and non-tangible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that access begins immediately upon delivery or start.
4. ExceptionsRefunds outside these conditions are at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Payment DisputesBy completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that services are delivered digitally and/or live, and that access may begin immediately.
Any chargeback or payment dispute must be based on valid grounds. These Terms and records of service delivery will be used as evidence in dispute resolution.

You will receive a written confirmation from our Support team within 48 hours of your cancellation request. If no response is received within 48 hours, the date of your original request will be honored as the effective cancellation date.
In case of waiting for a response from the support service for more than 48 hours, the date of the cancellation request will be considered the date of your actual first request.
