These Terms govern your use of services provided by NuMuse Wellbeing Maison FZ-LLC.
By using our websites and services, including accessing any content or purchasing any program, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Client Agreement (if applicable) (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.
1. Nature of Services
All services are provided strictly as lifestyle development consultancy, advisory, and coaching-based services.
They are:
• informational in nature
• non-medical and non-clinical
• not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or psychiatric services
No diagnosis, therapy, or medical advice is provided.
These services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
2. No Guaranteed Results
Results depend on individual participation, personal circumstances, and external factors.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to emotional, psychological, financial, or personal results.
3. Participation Responsibility
By participating, you confirm that:
• you voluntarily engage in the services
• you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
• you understand the nature and scope of the services provided
4. Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe or other approved providers.
Prices may be displayed in AED or USD.
Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable policies, including Terms, Refund Policy, and Client Agreement (where provided).
5. Access to Services & Service Delivery
Access to services is granted upon payment confirmation.
Service is considered delivered upon the earliest of the following events:
• the start of the first session
• provision of access to Zoom session links
• access to communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, email support)
• access to any materials, recordings, or program content
Once any of the above occurs, the service is considered initiated and refund eligibility becomes limited in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Scheduling, Attendance & No-Show Policy
• Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time
• Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) results in the session being considered delivered
• No-show sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
• Late arrival does not extend the session duration
• Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24-hour notice
7. Zoom Sessions & Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, quality control, or participant access.
We do not use participant identity, voice, or personal input for public or marketing purposes without explicit written consent.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that sessions may be recorded.
8. Client Conduct
We maintain a respectful, safe, and structured environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access without refund if a participant:
• engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• violates personal boundaries of others
• interferes with the group process or service delivery
• acts in a way that compromises the integrity or safety of the environment
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and sessions remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
• personal decisions or actions taken by the client
• emotional, psychological, financial, or personal outcomes
• indirect or consequential damages arising from participation
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to services at our discretion in case of violation of these Terms.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
