Cancellation & Refund Policies

All purchases are subject to the following conditions:

1. Before Program Start
“Program Start Date” refers to the official start date communicated via website, checkout, or direct communication.
 • More than 7 days before start → 100% refund
 • 72 hours to 7 days → 50% refund
 • 24 to 72 hours → 25% refund
 • Less than 24 hours → no refund

2. After Program Start
The program is considered started upon the earliest of:
 • first session commencement
 • access to Zoom links
 • access to materials, recordings, or communication channels
After this point:
 • no refunds are provided
 • partial refunds are not available
 • unused sessions are non-refundable

3. Digital Services
All services are digital and non-tangible.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
 • service delivery may begin immediately
 • access constitutes delivery
 • lack of usage does not qualify for a refund

4. Exceptions
Refunds outside these conditions are granted solely at the Company’s discretion.

5. Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that services are delivered digitally and/or live, and may begin immediately.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, the Company will provide:
 • proof of agreement to Terms and policies
 • service access records
 • session attendance or delivery confirmation

Confirmation will be provided within 48 hours.
If no response is received, your original request timestamp will be honored.
